Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Realität und Fiktion bezüglich unserer Vorstellung von einer unbekannten Kultur? Blond & Gilles unternehmen eine fiktive, einjährige Reise nach Nordafrika und schreiben darüber einen Dialog. Die Reise führt sie nach Tanger, Casablanca und Marrakech. Während der Reise stellen sie sich gegenseitig Fragen. Auf digitale Weise werden Informationen recherchiert und gewonnene Reise-Erfahrungen kommuniziert. Die Reise ist die Suche nach Spuren der Revolutionsbewegung, den soziokulturellen Veränderungen und der Antwort auf die Frage, ob das Medium Kunst mithelfen kann Demokratie zu bauen.

What is the difference between reality and fiction regarding our idea of an unknown culture? Blond & Gilles undertake a fictional one year trip to North Africa and write a dialogue about it. The journey takes them to Tangier, Casablanca and Marrakech. During the journey they ask each other questions. Information is researched and travel experiences are communicated digitally. The journey is the search for traces of the revolutionary movement, the sociocultural changes and the answer to the question whether the medium of art can help to build democracy.
